A line of work that integrates the analysis of land-use dynamics and the land market with innovation in property governance for land mobilization, aiming to diagnose and improve the territorial base of agricultural activities and to attract and guide new managers toward underutilized plots.


Participatory action research
Participatory action research is a cross-cutting pillar of the Land Lab. It is applied as a methodological principle that promotes research acting as a driver of change, rooted in the territory and connected to the communities who live there.
Food systems and generational renewal in agriculture
LaboraTe analyses the agri-food system from a holistic and participatory perspective, investigating generational renewal as a relational process between stakeholders. This line of research is oriented toward maintaining the functionality of the food system and ensuring food security.
