An Agricultural Engineer, he has engaged in numerous R&D projects focusing on land policies and enhancing of land management instruments at local, regional, and international levels. From 2010 to 2020, he participated in the Master’s program in Sustainable Land Planning, contributing to courses on Land Management Tools and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
Since 2013, he has served as a research and science officer at the Support Facility of the European Innovation Partnership for Agriculture (EIP-AGRI). He has published extensively and participated in various congresses, conferences, and workshops addressing land management, rural development, and agriculture, with a focus on innovation and institutional change. He was involved in the establishment of the Land Bank of Galicia and served as its initial manager. Additionally, he dedicates part of his time to an ecological sheep farm in the municipality of Pol.
