F:ACTS! (Forms for: Adapting to Climate Change through Territorial Strategies!) is a project funded by the Interreg IV program of the European Commission, where 14 partner agencies from 8 countries participate. Among the Spanish partners are the Regional Ministry of Rural Affairs of Galicia and the University of Santiago de Compostela. F:ACTS! is oriented to generate knowledge on integrated territorial strategies for climate change adaptation, exchanging experience and good practices between its partners. Furthermore, it is intended to gain new experience in this area by the implementation of this kind of strategies in five pilot projects. Territorial integrated strategies seek the adaptation to climate change through policies and instruments aimed at fostering changes in land use and tenure as well as land multifunctionality.
